Well, TG and I are off to Portland tomorrow for a friend's wedding. Neither of us have been to Oregon, and we're both quite excited. Mostly our vacation will consist of: driving. As well as: more driving. But it's our first roadtrip together, so I'm excited. (Although he loves his air conditioning, so I may freeze to death as we drive).
Sorry I never posted a recipe. I realized the food I make isn't particularly pretty, and also I'm lazy, so it just didn't happen. I think I'll work on Friday's Happiness before I go, so anything on that list will be pre-vacation.
Oh, and I'll try and take some pictures. But not of me. Oh, no, not of me. Maybe of blurry landscape as I try and take pictures of sagebrush from the car. Yeah, that's good.

Oregon is gorgeous. I'm a little biased. ;) If you get a chance--head out to the coast.
PS You also have to see the Rose Garden in Portland.

I didn't realize you were from Oregon, STM! Either that, or it just never registered, which is probably the case. We did get out to the coast and it was lovely, but we didn't get a chance to see the Garden.
